What products do you make at Cosesi?
We make scrub caps (also known as theatre caps or surgical caps), ID lanyards, headbands and other accessories designed for people in caring professions: nursing, medicine, veterinary care, beauty, hairdressing and much more.
Everything is handmade from lovely fabrics, with the option to add your embroidered name. ✨
Can I personalise my cap or accessory?
That’s exactly what we do! Choose your fabric or print and add your embroidered name for a piece that’s unique and all yours. In fact, any product can be made in any fabric.
If you can’t see it in the shop, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll make it for you at no extra cost. And if you’re not sure, we’ll advise you first so you get it just right.
Are they comfortable enough to wear for a whole shift?
That’s what we design them for! Unlike disposable caps or ones that feel tight, we choose fine, soft, breathable fabrics that feel gentle and don’t pinch, even after hours at work, with a fit designed so you forget you’re wearing it.
The result: comfort shift after shift, and a smile every time you catch your reflection. 🤍
Will it fit me?
All our caps and accessories are one size and adjustable (with elastic or ties), designed to fit comfortably. And because we make everything to order, if you need something special, just tell us and we’ll adapt it for you.
How do I wash and care for my items?
It’s easy, and they’ll stay looking as good as new:
- Machine wash at no more than 30 °C on a gentle cycle.
- Air dry (ideally without a tumble dryer).
- No bleach, to protect the print and the embroidery.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Every piece is handmade to order. Each piece takes 4 to 5 working days to make and, once it’s ready, tracked delivery takes 5 to 7 working days (1 to 3 to mainland Portugal, 3 to 6 to Madeira and the Azores).

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs €6.99 to mainland Portugal; €7.99 to France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Poland and Sweden; €8.99 to Italy, the Netherlands, Madeira and the Azores; €9.99 to Ireland, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia; €10.99 to Denmark, Greece and Luxembourg, and it’s FREE on orders of €90 or more (€60 or more to mainland Portugal). 🎉

Where do you deliver to?
From cosesi.com we currently deliver to France, Italy, Germany, Portugal (including Madeira and the Azores) and the rest of the European Union except Bulgaria. The options and costs available for your address are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
When your order leaves the workshop, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number. You can also check it at any time in My account › Order history and details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card, PayPal or bank transfer (the methods available are shown at checkout). All payments are processed 100% securely.

What makes Cosesi products special?
We make them by hand, one by one, in our workshop. Nothing is mass-produced: every piece is unique and made to order from carefully chosen fabrics and finished with care, so each one has its own character: it’s yours alone.
It’s not a throwaway cap: it’s a piece that sees you through shift after shift. And because we love the personal touch of a small independent shop, every parcel leaves our hands with a sweet surprise. To us, you’re not just an order: you’re part of the family. 🤍
Is it safe to shop and pay on the website?
Absolutely. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways (card with verification and PayPal) and we never store your card details.
Your personal data is processed in line with the GDPR and used only to manage your order. You can read our privacy policy whenever you like.
How can I be sure I’ll get my order right?
We’ll help you get it right first time! Take your time choosing your fabric, style and embroidery, and if you have any questions (which fabric goes better, how big the embroidery will be, which style suits you…), message us on WhatsApp before you buy and we’ll advise you personally.
That way your piece turns out just as you imagined it, with no surprises. 🤍
What if my order arrives with a defect?
Shop with peace of mind: we take care over every detail, but if your item ever arrives with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help. Send us a photo and your order number (on WhatsApp or at info@cosesi.es) and we’ll sort it out straight away. You’ll find all the details in our terms of purchase.
Do you take orders for teams, hospitals or gifts?
Of course, and we love doing them! We make team orders, personalised gifts and orders for events. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll help you with quantities, fabrics and matching embroidery for the whole team.
