Which products can I personalise at Cosesi?
Scrub caps, pocket organisers, lanyards, ear savers and face mask covers. You can add your name or your profession to make them unique.
Is the personalisation embroidered or vinyl?
It’s embroidered, thread by thread. It isn’t vinyl that peels off: embroidery stands up beautifully to washing and stays looking as good as new.
What can I have embroidered?
Your name, your profession or a short text. It’s ideal for telling your things apart so they don’t get mixed up with your colleagues’.
Does personalisation cost extra?
Embroidery has a small extra charge, shown on each product page when you choose the personalisation option.
Does the embroidery survive washing?
Yes. Because it’s embroidery rather than vinyl, it withstands washing at up to 30 °C without getting damaged. Remember not to use bleach, and air dry.
How long does a personalised order take?
Each piece is handmade and embroidered within 4–5 working days of your order. Tracked delivery then takes 5 to 7 working days (mainland Portugal: 1 to 3). Free delivery on orders of €90 or more (mainland Portugal: €60).
