Cosesi isn’t a factory. It’s a project that began in 2019 with a simple idea: to bring colour and cheer to healthcare workplaces. Ever since, we’ve kept making every piece by hand, one at a time. Here’s how your scrub cap comes to life, from the fabric to your embroidered name.

An idea that started at home

At first it seemed a little mad: making pretty scrub caps to brighten up hospital life, even just a bit. But the response was so warm that it turned into a real adventure. What hasn’t changed is the spirit: made with care, not mass-produced.

It all starts with the fabric

We choose soft, breathable fabrics and prints that make you smile. Fabric is the foundation of a cap that’s comfortable, cool and long-lasting, which is why we take so much time choosing it. (If you’d like the details, we cover them in our guide to what scrub caps are made of.)

Cut, make, finish

Every cap is cut and made by hand. We pay close attention to the finishing, the elastic and the fit, so it holds up through long shifts without getting in your way. No two pairs of hands are the same, and it shows in the result.

Your name, embroidered

If you order it personalised, we embroider your name (or your specialty, or both on two lines) so it’s unmistakably yours. It’s by far our favourite part: that little detail is what turns a scrub cap into your scrub cap.

Made with time (and it shows)

Because everything is handcrafted, each order takes a few days to make before it’s sent out. This isn’t mass production: it’s something made for you, with the care of people who love what they do. That short wait is the difference between a factory product and a piece made with you in mind.
